I went to tonight's Melbourne Active Property Network meeting and learned how to make an extra $30,000 on our new development by just getting the buyers of the two units to sign a contract with a few additional words that states that the margin scheme will be utilised as part of the sale.
WOW Troy best $20 I have ever spent. Not knowing this has cost me & my JV partners $100k over the last two years!!!!!

Went to my first active property meeting last night as a new kid on the block! Have to say was very impressed! Good venue, topics of discussion informative and well presented.
